Reward-based, at-home program boosts vegetable intake in children
A study of 196 children who initially refused to eat vegetables found that 141 of those who underwent the reward-based Tiny Tastes program were willing to consume the selected vegetables at the end of the initiative. The findings were published in the Journal of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
