HAMILTON, Bermuda-- (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Assured Guaranty Ltd. (NYSE:AGO) today declared a quarterly dividend of U.S. $0.045 per common share. The dividend is payable on December 10, 2009 to shareholders of record at the close of business on November 20, 2009.
