Seat belts for school buses could be hot debate in Wyoming this year
Wyoming may be gearing up to join the hot debate over seat belts in school buses. Safety and educational groups have been debating the merits of this plan for years, but thus far only New York and New Jersey have succeeded in passing laws that require belts to be installed in school buses.
