St. Louis registered nurse Kenya Haney is a big advocate of cardiovascular health care and policies that benefit patients and nurses as part of her job running hospital cardiology labs. She works with the Missouri Nurses Association and the National Black Nurses Association to push for allowing nurse practitioners to practice at the full scope of their licensure to help address needs for preventive and primary care.
