A study by UBS Wealth Management Americas shows that investors are more worried about affording long-term health care than securing a comfortable retirement. Financial planners have traditionally helped clients invest with an eye toward retirement income. However, "the big unknown impacting those later years in life has become healthcare and long-term care costs," UBS reports.
