President Barack Obama has pledged to begin a new national conversation on climate change, but stopped short of proposing a new legislative push to address the issue. Obama added that he would not seek climate solutions that threatened the country's economic recovery. "If the message is somehow, we're going to ignore jobs and growth simply to address climate change, I don't think anybody's gonna go for that," he said. "I won't go for that."
