Starbucks puts focus on health
Starbucks is investing in juices and healthful foods, opening Evolution Fresh stores and Tazo tea shops, and adding products that include energy drinks made with green-coffee extract to its menus. "We have to look in the mirror and say: 'We were not providing as healthy products as we could have,'" CEO Howard Schultz said. "So as the result of that, we began a significant mission within the company to look at health and wellness."
