Understanding millennial Hispanics' dining habits
About 65% of Hispanics in the U.S. fall into the millennial generation, and both age and cultural heritage influence their dining decisions, according to NPD Group. "U.S. Hispanics are youthful and therefore represent future opportunities for food and beverage marketers, especially now that their population growth is coming more from births than immigration," said NPD analyst Darren Seifer.
