DuPont moves forward on cellulosic-ethanol project in Iowa
DuPont held a flag-raising ceremony last week to mark the start of construction of its $200 million cellulosic ethanol plant in Nevada, Iowa. The facility, with a capacity of 30 million gallons, is expected to be the nation's biggest when it begins production by mid-2014. The plant will use locally sourced corn residue as feedstock.
