Lawmaker may seek inquiry into Medal of Honor delay
Rep. Duncan Hunter, R-Calif., is considering asking the Pentagon inspector general to launch an inquiry into why President Barack Obama has not yet approved a Medal of Honor nomination for former Army Capt. William Swenson. Swenson is the first living Army officer to be nominated for the medal in four decades.
