Tricare Prime changes spur questions from Ore. lawmaker
Rep. Greg Walden, R-Ore., has sent a letter to Assistant Secretary of Defense for Health Affairs Dr. Jonathan Woodson seeking clarification on changes to Tricare Prime. The Defense Department announced plans last week to cut Tricare Prime in Oregon and several other areas in the Tricare West region starting in April.
