Va. governor asks Obama to prevent sequestration
Virginia Gov. Robert F. McDonnell has sent a letter to President Barack Obama asking him to intervene to prevent sequestration. McDonnell said the automatic defense budget cuts would cost the state as much as $21 billion in lost gross state product and would result in the loss of up to 200,000 jobs.
