Companies take different approaches to Twitter
As retailers are grappling with how to deal with Twitter and other social-networking sites, many are taking decidedly different approaches. James Hart, e-commerce director at Asos, asked employees he saw on Twitter to add the company's brand name to their user names. He told those on Twitter to use it to explain what they do at work, along with just updating their friends.
