JPMorgan's Dimon says systemic regulator is needed

JPMorgan Chase CEO Jamie Dimon does not agree with the idea of deeming financial institutions "too big to fail," but he does see a need to establish a systemic regulator to wind down troubled banks that pose a threat to the broader economy. "Everyone should be allowed to fail," Dimon told participants at SIFMA's Annual Meeting. "But you don't want a failure to hurt the country."
