Commenting on today's announcement, Robert D. Kennedy, Director and head of the Search Committee of the Board, stated: "The Board of Directors is pleased to announce the senior management transition plan for the Company in anticipation of Jim Osterman's retirement at the end of this year. Through an extensive search process, which was assisted by Heidrick & Struggles, the Board interviewed numerous CEO candidates before selecting Josh Collins as Jim's successor. We are pleased that he will stay on as a consultant to the Company following his retirement."
