Scientists: Life could be possible on Mars now
As research and exploration continue on Mars and Mars-like surfaces on Earth, some scientists suggest that findings support the theory that microbial life is possible on the planet today. The likelihood that water flows at times on the Red Planet further suggests habitability for some organisms. "We certainly can't rule out the possibility that it's habitable today," said Alfred McEwen of the University of Arizona.
