Zenprise, a supplier of mobile-security and mobile-device-management software, has agreed to be acquired by Citrix; financial terms weren't disclosed. Citrix says it plans to make the Zenprise software part of an integrated stack of mobile applications when the transaction closes in the first quarter. Zenprise was widely expected to attempt an initial public offering at some point.
