Parents should talk to their children about the importance of eating a healthful, nutrient-dense diet, said the National Cattlemen's Beef Association. "By being part of this dialogue we can help the next generation better understand the importance of choosing healthy foods at home or at school," said Shelley Johnson, associate director, Food & Nutrition Outreach.
