Pinnacle Entertainment Announces Expiration of Tender Offer for its 8.75% Senior Subordinated Notes Due 2013
LAS VEGAS, Aug. 24 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Pinnacle Entertainment, Inc.
The Company accepted and purchased $125,465,000 aggregate principal amount of the 8.75% Notes on August 10, 2009, following the early tender date. As of the date hereof, $9,535,000 in aggregate principal amount of the 8.75% Notes remain outstanding. The Company intends to redeem all remaining outstanding 8.75% Notes on or after October 1, 2009. This press release does not constitute notice of redemption.
J.P. Morgan and BofA Merrill Lynch have been retained as the dealer managers for the tender offer. Questions concerning the terms of the tender offer should be directed to J.P.
