3 social-media mistakes to avoid
There are three big mistakes companies make in social media, according to Mark Riffey: They flood it with automated messages, they give you the hard sell as soon as you follow them and they get too political. "Would you discuss the most emotional political issues across the counter with a customer?" Riffey asks. "Watch your online 'mouth' like you would your real one in a business conversation."
