San Francisco Zoo bites into social media
The San Francisco Zoo is using Twitter to interact with zoo visitors in real time. The technology has been used to find lost phones and help a child bitten by a river otter. "We've had a lot of weird little anecdotal evidence that shows how awesome [Twitter] is," says animal keeper Anthony Brown.
