MidAmerican Energy Holdings Co., a company owned by Warren Buffett, is paying between $2 billion and $2.5 billion for two planned solar projects in California. SunPower Corp., the seller, will build, operate and maintain the facility, which is expected to generate about 650 construction jobs.
