UN investigators recommend ICC trial over Guinea massacre
The United Nations panel investigating a deadly Sept. 28 assault on protesters in Guinea's capital is recommending charges of crimes against humanity be brought against the country's military rulers at the International Criminal Court. Soldiers killed 156 people and sexually abused or raped more than 100 women, according to the panel's report.
