Moody’s Corporation Declares Quarterly Dividend

NEW YORK-- (BUSINESS WIRE) -- On October 27, 2009, the Board of Directors of Moody’s Corporation (NYSE: MCO) declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.10 per share of MCO Common Stock. The dividend will be payable December 10, 2009 to stockholders of record at the close of business on November 20, 2009.
