Icahn increases Motorola stake

Activist investor Carl Icahn has upped his stake in Motorola to 2.48% and has requested shareholder support for his bid for a seat on the company's board, according to a proxy statement. Icahn also acknowledged his support for a proposed review of Motorola executive pay.
