Viacom announces $1 billion suit against YouTube
Viacom announced it was suing Google-owned YouTube for more than $1 billion, alleging massive copyright infringement. Viacom alleges that almost 160,000 clips from Viacom properties have appeared on YouTube and have collectively garnered more than 1.5 billion views.
