Survey: Consumers prefer bundles from telecoms

By a substantial majority, consumers would prefer to receive bundled services from telecom companies rather than cable operators, according to the CFI Group, which released its annual satisfaction survey Tuesday. The poll of more than 1,200 households found twice as many preferred the telecoms and cited service and high rates from cable operators as their reasons.
