Ads on mobiles set to gain traction

MVNOs Virgin Mobile USA and Amp'd Mobile are working to make advertising on cell phones more acceptable with subscribers by offering bill discounts for viewing advertisements on their devices. Top carriers Cingular Wireless, Verizon Wireless and Sprint Nextel also are helping to drive the technology by committing to testing.
