Incoming AT&T chief sees possibilities in overseas buys

Randall Stephenson, set to take over as AT&T CEO next week, is open to pursuing international acquisitions to enhance the company's overseas footprint, if the right opportunity presents itself. The company, according to Stephenson, is set domestically.
