SMS voting guidelines set
When shows like "American Idol" ask viewers to vote with their cell phones, it opens up the possibility for billing abuse or tallying mistakes. Hoping to stem the type of problems that have already been encountered in Britain, the Mobile Entertainment Forum has introduced new SMS voting guidelines to try to prevent fraud, overcharging and errors in vote counting.
