Vonage gets temporary reprieve

Vonage Holdings will be allowed to continue to seek out new customers, at least until its appeal can be heard, an appeals court ruled. "This is no surprise. It is the next procedural step," a Verizon Communications spokesman said, noting the stay expires Friday.
