Judge OKs request to delay Adelphia's plan to exit bankruptcy

A judge has granted a request from bondholders of Adelphia Communications that they be allowed to appeal the bankrupt carrier's reorganization plan. The judge said that although delaying the reorganization "threatens grave harm to thousands of parties," the bondholders have a "substantial possibility" of winning their case.
