Judge greenlights Amp'd Mobile-Verizon Wireless deal
Amp'd Mobile will continue to be able to use Verizon Wireless' cellular network, thanks to a deal approved by a U.S. bankruptcy judge. Amp'd will pay $2.5 million of its current $10.6 million bill for the month of June to Verizon while it continues its Chapter 11 reorganization. Amp'd will drop its lawsuit as part of the agreement.
