Deutsche Telekom moves closer to 1 million IPTV subs
Tighter cost controls, consolidation at its Greek unit and stabilization of its T-Mobile U.K. division helped Germany's Deutsche Telekom increase revenue 5.2% in the quarter compared with a year earlier. The telecom also reached 885,000 IPTV installations and appeared to be in position to meet its goal of topping 1 million IPTV customers this year.
