Boingo introduces worldwide Wi-Fi flat-rate plan

Wi-Fi hot spot aggregator Boingo Wireless has announced what it says is the first worldwide flat-rate access plan for Wi-Fi hot spots. The company offers a common log-on process at more 100,000 hot spots around the world. Unlimited access through Boingo Wi-Fi locations (which are actually owned by companies such as EarthLink, Verizon Communications, BT Group, Sprint Nextel and Telecom Italia) will cost $39 a month.
