Qwest shows broadband, video gains, predicts improvements
Qwest Communications' net income dipped 6% during the third quarter, but, looking ahead, the telecom is confident. During the quarter, Qwest attracted 28,000 broadband subscribers, a 5.7% increase, while video was up 13%.
