Qubo gains quick popularity, debuts as digital network

Ion Media Networks has debuted qubo, a new digital network for children that focuses on literacy and values. The channel debuted in 2006 as a block of programming on NBC, but it quickly developed an audience. Expansions, including an interactive Web site, VOD and Spanish-language version, are already in development.
