Increased cell use causes shake-up in telephone-survey world
Telephone-survey companies have had to revamp their methodologies to combat the decreasing number of Americans who use traditional landline phones. "This is probably the biggest change for the industry since when I came into the Field Poll in 1978, when the industry was changing over from door-to-door surveys to telephone surveys," Field Poll director Mark DiCamillo said.
