Nokia announces restructuring, aims for convergence
Nokia on Wednesday announced plans to restructure its organization. Effective in 2008, the company will form three units: devices, services and software, and markets. Nokia says the reorganization will allow it to take advantage of the convergence between mobile and Internet technologies.
