AT&T, Verizon, Sprint Nextel among winners in latest government telecom contract
AT&T, Verizon Communications, Sprint Nextel, Level 3 Communications and Qwest Communications International were tapped to help the U.S. government improve its telecommunications network. The 10-year, $20 billion contract represents the second Networx enterprise contract the government has awarded this year.
