Nokia Siemens goes live

Nokia Siemens Networks officially opened its doors for business Sunday, but the joint venture is already trimming its 2007 outlook, saying it now expects slight market growth. While the company has set a goal of becoming No. 1 in the sector, a Nokia spokesman said spending might slow in some regions this year.
