LogicaCMG sheds telecom unit
An investment firm snapped up LogicaCMG's Telecom Products division for $517 million. LogicaCMG decided to sell the unit, which delivers converged mobile messaging and payments solutions to telecom providers, to focus on its IT and business-service offerings.
