Telstra wants regulators to loosen grip on broadband

Telstra launched a campaign to drum up public support in its fight to get the Australian government to relax regulations tied to broadband infrastructure. The telecom is holding back on planned infrastructure investment, saying current rules will enable competitors to piggyback on its network below cost.
