Turk Telecom plans $3.4 billion IP network, rural broadband
Turk Telekom has announced a three-year, $3.4 billion plan to roll out an IP network and a second plan to provide rural broadband in Turkey. The rural broadband project is expected to reach 4.3 million people by November 2008 and deliver services such as VoIP and IPTV.
