Report: Alcatel-Lucent gets first choice of Nortel GSM rights
French communications-equipment maker Alcatel-Lucent has reportedly penned a deal with Nortel that will give Alcatel-Lucent the first option to buy Nortel's GSM activities, if they go on sale.
