Alcatel-Lucent delivers mobile TV over 3G, broadcast
Alcatel-Lucent introduced new technology to enable a single device to deliver seamless access to TV channels over 3G or broadcast networks. The solution makes use of an operator's existing infrastructure assets to deliver the broadcast network overlay.
