Study: Working fewer hours can boost productivity
Productivity increases and teams function better when workers take vacations and cut down on overtime, a Harvard University study found. Some companies require employees to leave the office at a certain time and not work on weekends to cut down on "bad intensity" that can hamper job performance, Sue Shellenbarger writes.
