Workforce changes ahead as attitudes toward work shift
Next year will see some significant shifts in the workforce as older workers reconsider their notions about retirement, younger workers will challenge their older counterparts and people begin to rethink what they're looking for in a job, Alexandra Levit writes. Social media and telecommuting also will be significant issues, she predicts.
