Sebelius warns insurers over "unjustified" premium hikes

In a warning letter, HHS Secretary Kathleen Sebelius said the U.S. government will not tolerate insurance companies that pass on "unjustified" premium hikes to consumers and mislead them by guaranteeing benefits related to health reform. Those that fail to comply could be excluded from the state-controlled insurance exchanges that are slated to begin in 2014 per the terms of the health care reform law.
