LifeSwap is a program in the Bay Area that allows job seekers to shadow professionals for a period of time, with a fee set by the host. So far, job shadowing has included a Ph.D student observing a henna tattoo artist. "We’re helping people make lifelong decisions,” co-founder Mike Dorsey says.
